Rajeff Sports has created a surf rod designed for two-handed overhead casting. The two-handed Boost Beach series caters to anglers who prefer to fish from the beach for saltwater species. The rod’s blank delivers a powerful punch to drive flies through onshore wind and maximize casting distance. The rod also has sufficient lifting power to fish large, surf-dwelling fish. Two-handed overhead casting takes some getting used to, but the Echo Boost Beach makes surf fishing enjoyable and extremely efficient.
High Modulus Graphite Design - The blank of the Echo Boost Beach is a stealth matte black color and has a durable profile. The blank also sports a fast saltwater rod action. Echo uses modern resin systems to create a rod blank that is lightweight, durable, and powerful. The blank of the Boost Beach is well-balanced and extremely powerful. The rod has a stiff butt section for increased lifting power and ample fish-fighting ability.
Low-Friction Ceramic Stripping Guides - The Boost Beach is equipped with corrosion-resistant Ceramic stripping guides that hold up to weather and wear. These guides are low friction to help fly line shoot effortlessly through the rod.
Stainless Snake Guides - The snake guides on the Boost Beach are lightweight and practical. These guides are also made with titanium to protect against saltwater corrosion.
Black Anodized w/Uplocking Component - The reel seat on the Boost Beach is made with unrelenting specifications for saltwater fishing. The reel seat features black anodized aluminum and a double uplocking component. Anodized reel seats are the industry standard in saltwater fly fishing and are built to securely anchor saltwater reels and stand up to the elements.
Fabric-Covered Rod Case - The Boost Beach comes in a black fabric-covered rod tube with an Echo insignia and the rod model printed on the side for easy identification. Fabric-covered rod tubes protect rods during time off the water and are a solid mid-priced alternative to an aluminum rod tube.
Echo Fly Rod Lifetime Warranty - Echo will repair or replace any defective or damaged rods for the entire lifetime of the original owner. All rods must be sent to Echo for repairs/service. As of 4/17/2019, Echo charges a $35 fee for fly rod repairs/replacements.
